Opportunity
We are seeking to obtain active and ambitious projects for human resources trained to join our team and culture in the fall of 2025. This is a unique opportunity to provide cash support for our fast -growing engineering institution. In both the strategic and operational aspects of people’s operations, you will be indifferent, allowing you to gain invaluable experience in a dynamic technical environment. Your business will directly contribute to building developmentable processes and programs that feed the success of our technology and products.

What will you do?
You will be responsible for a basic project that focuses on the talent strategy, which is completed by the main operational tasks of human resources.

The Basic Project: Analysis of the Skill Gap and Drawing of the Internal Mobility Maps
Your primary goal will be to put the finishing touches on the matrix of technological competencies and functional paths, and to provide our teams with a clear vision of growth and development.

  • Analysis and selection of strategy: Partner with HRBP and technology leading to mortality of current skills in our engineering teams. You will meet CPTO and VP, engineering, to understand the company’s long -term vision and draw our current talent map against the skills necessary for future projects.
  • Frame building: Putting the finishing touches on the technological efficiency matrix and designing clear functional paths and enforceable for our technology and products teams.
  • Innovation with artificial intelligence: Research and develop a plan to take advantage of the tools of artificial intelligence to spread information about job paths and maintain continuous updates to the skills matrix.
  • Promote performance management: Review of “Job Planning” conversations from modern performance management courses (PMP). You will define opportunities for Upskill managers and team members to ensure everyone benefits from aspective significant conversations.
  • Enabling our leaders: Create a methodology, communication plan and tools to support managers in job training. Your business will enable them to have influential development discussions with their teams.

Human resources and support operations

  • Helping to prepare employment letters, confirmation messages and other human resources documents.
  • Support with employee data changes and ensuring data integration within HRIS (working day).
  • Create custom reports and analyze people’s data to support HRBP initiatives.
  • Providing general support to the people’s team and culture as needed.

What you will achieve (main delivery)

  • By the end of your training, you will be delivered:
  • Comprehensive skills matrix or information panel that provides a clear vision of strengths and skills gaps in the engineering organization.
  • Data -based report defines the main areas of training and development, which directly affects our learning strategy.
  • “SMES)” of “SMES) guide to promote guidance and exchange of knowledge.
  • Tangier improvement in the quality of job development talks, driven by your tools and managers.

Who are you

  • Follow -up a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field.
  • A strong analytical thinker with a talent for converting data into visible visions.
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships across different leadership teams and levels.
  • Very organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, curious and vital individual is keen to learn and take project ownership.
  • It shows a high level of discretionary authority and the ability to deal with secret information with professionalism.
  • He is mastered with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite (especially the leaves/Excel).
