This is an exciting opportunity to join Strateclyde University, “Useful Learning Place” as a colleague in exchanging knowledge. The Stephen Young International Business Institute (Institute), part of the SBS College of Strakklaid (SBS), is a multidisciplinary approach to face global business challenges. Professor Stephen Young, the former head of the STRATHLYDE Marketing Department and the founder of the International Strateclyde Business Unit, focuses the institute on international and sustainable business, international marketing, international entrepreneurship, and global innovation. In line with the values ​​of the university, we are interested in the responsible administration and fairly valuable flows. Based on the rich history of SBS in marketing, innovation and entrepreneurship, the institute is bold and ambition in the face of regular challenges, such as sustainability and inequality, through international cooperative research and the participation of deep interest. The institute was created through a generous gift from Strateclyde Alum, Dr. Charles Huang, who completed the Master of Business and PhD Department at SBS. Dr. Huang also finances the Stephen Young Grant Program, Stephen Young Entrepreneurship Awards, and Charles Huang Center for Technology and Innovation.

As a colleague to exchange knowledge, you will play a vital role in the growth of the institute. Under the supervision of the institute’s director, you will lead and participate in a set of research and exchange of international multidisciplinary knowledge, which are not limited to, for example, multinational organizations, international and medium -sized internationals, sustainable international business, global innovation, international marketing and entrepreneurship. You will play a major role between scientific knowledge and the practice of management. It will contribute to multiple cooperative projects to the interface of academic research, business practice and/or politics, including consulting, funded research and scholarships.

By working closely with the director, you will play a major role in writing and producing the institute’s reports. You will track funding opportunities with national and international foreign and international bodies. You will contribute to bids and proposals that meet the needs of a group of stakeholders and will play a major role in providing grants granted. KE will cooperate with international business scientists and the outputs that extend to the magazines that are reviewed by peers and influential professional publications.

You will build links with multidisciplinary national and international networks. You will lead and support events and conferences aimed at enhancing knowledge exchange between a wide range of different masses. You will prepare, and over time, it plays a leading role in presenting presentations in the front of scientific practices, to involve the current and current stakeholders. You will participate in continuous professional development.

In order to be considered, you will be eligible for the degree of appropriate discipline, including but not limited to, international business, management, sustainability, or exceptionally, with great relevant experience. It will balance the appreciation of scientific knowledge with the ability to engage with business leaders. You will have the ability to write for a group of fans. You will have the ability to plan and implement cooperative projects to ensure successful completion. You will have excellent skills between people and communication, including the ability to provide complex information in a way that can be accessed to a group of fans.
