Step to the task

At Harvest, we believe that the church should be a wonderful society where people face Jesus, find the family, and discover the purpose. As a growing and multi-generation group of God in Sandwich, Illinois (West Chicago), we welcome more than 1500 people every Sunday-we are committed to enthusiastically in the upcoming generation.

As our full-time youth, you will lead students (grades 6-12) to a spiritual shift through weekly gatherings, small groups, events, and leadership development. In a prosperous ministry with momentum – 100+ students per week and strong foundations for more than 30 committed volunteer leaders. You will be reported by the next general’s priest and act as a major architect in our discipline movement.

What will you do?

Create environments where students meet Jesus

• The vibrant Wednesday night services are led with worship, biblical teaching, and a relationship
• Heralds the word of God clearly, condemnation and creativity

Building a culture of disciples

• Facilitate small groups that enhance confidence, growth and spiritual formation
• Developing student leaders and enabling them to use their gifts, talents and interests

Hit healthy leaders

• Employment, processing and sponsors of a team of volunteer leaders who invest deeply in students
• Create rhythms of care, training and celebration within your team

Partner with families

• Encouraged parents and equipping them as basic spiritual leaders in their homes
• Cooperation with employees to provide comprehensive support and continuity through the Ministry of Family

Motivating movement outside the walls

• Plans for life change decisions, camps, awareness initiatives, and driving experiences
• Enhancing a culture where students serve, lead and live in the mission

Who are you

• You have previous experience in the Ministry of Youth and a busy record of growth and fruit
• She led in a 50 -year -old youth Ministry and flourished in quick -footed cooperative places
• You are a clear parallel, an emotional style, a modest leader, led by the soul
• You are in line with the values ​​and beliefs of our church and the associations of God
• You are organized and adaptive and activated by both people and planning
• You can carry a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in the ministry, theology, or a related field

Compensation and benefits

• salary: 50,000 – 65,000 dollars (based on experience and qualifications)
