The Federation’s Public Service Committee (UPSC) is scheduled to announce the results of the National Defense Academy exam (NDA) and the Naval Academy exam (NA) II 2025, along with the CDS II 2025 joint. Candidates who have appeared for exams can verify their qualified condition on the official UPSC website, UPSC.gov.in.

NDA, NA and CDS II tests were conducted on September 14, 2025, after the official notification issued on May 28, 2025. Thousands of aspiring competed in these very desirable exams to enter the Indian armed forces.

Traditionally, UPSC launches the results within 90 days of the date of the exam. However, in recent years, the results have been announced early – sometimes within 20 days. So the candidates can expect the results be available soon.
The merits list will contain the list and names of the candidates who qualify in the written stage. These specialists will move to the next stage of the selection: SSB selection council interview.

Step 1: Visit UPSC’s official website at UPSC.gov.in.
Step 2: Click the “Results” tab on the home page.
Step 3: Open the NDA II 2025 results link, which will be available in PDF format.
Step 4: Use Ctrl + F (Windows) or + F (Mac) to search for a roll number in the document. Instead, candidates can access the direct link of the result provided on UPSC.

Upsc CDS, NDA, NA II 2025 Results: What is the next after the results?

The NDA selection process consists of two phases: the editorial exam and an SSB interview. Candidates who wiped the written stage in an SSB interview, which holds the personality, efficiency, leadership, and the extent of the armed forces. This strict process extends five days.

On average, 4 to 5 candidates for the NDA exam are recorded every year, but about 7000 to 8,000 qualifications for the interview – with a success rate of only 2-3 %. Candidates who are successful will successfully join the Indian Army, the Indian Maritime Academy or the Air Force Wings.

For NDA II 2025, UPSC aims to fill 406 vacancies over the three services. This makes the exam one of the most competitive gates for a profession in the Indian Armed Forces.
