The main purpose of the job

For planning, organizing and directing the volunteering program at MCI-HAGERSTOWN. Providing administrative support to executives as needed. This position is different from the standard VAC position in this safety is crucial in a reform preparation. Power duties

Planning and directing volunteering programs

● Recruitment and coordination of trained students, including continuous communication between agencies and university communication.

● Provides the amendment recommendations for volunteer directions and processes and the creation of volunteer bulletins to provide guidelines for new volunteers.

Related administrative duties
The job operator is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks associated with the volunteer program. These responsibilities include, but not limited to:

The minimum qualifications

Experience: Seven years of experience that involves planning, coordinating and evaluating volunteering activities in a community facility, or a community program.

Notes:

1. Candidates can replace a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 hours in social sciences, press, public relations, or a related and three -year field of experience involved planning and coordinating and evaluating volunteering activities in a facility, institution or community program for the required experience.

2. Candidates can replace the possession of education at the level of graduate studies in social sciences, journalism, public relations, or a related field from a college or university accredited at a rate of 30 credit hours per year for a period of up to six years of the required experience.

Licensing, recordings and certificates
