Springdale Preparatory School seeks to obtain an enthusiastic and experienced girls’ soccer coach in the first integrated season of the new football program for girls. As the main coach, you will have the opportunity to form the identity of the team and instill football love among the players. The coach’s leadership will be a key to promoting the positive culture of the team and developing players’ skills on and outside the field.

Training responsibilities will include the implementation of technical training, tactical sessions, two -sided games, and fitness work to enhance players’ development. With the progress of the players, the intensity of the training and complexity will increase to challenge and raise their skills. This position is dedicated to providing customized instructions and reactions for each player, and promoting individual growth and team cohesion. In addition, the main coach will be effective in developing communications with college coaches to display the talents of our players. This role provides a rewarding opportunity to positively influence the life of young mathematics and direct them towards success inside and outside the stadium.

This position may develop into a full -time role based on the additional or residential life needs within the school.

The ideal candidate will have education and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in the preferred relevant field
• Extensive knowledge of sports, including game strategies/training/training and topical training – in the season and abroad
• You have a successful experience in high school training, club level or football at the college level
• Agriculture/expanding relationships in society to influence the registration program and use it to pay admission and attention to the school
• The ability to obtain a CPR certificate/first aid when renting (the school provides)
• Knowledge and/or experience with sports programs
• The ability to oversee activities related to sports job management
• Experience in managing and resolving conflict
• Understanding critical development issues facing adolescents
• Attached to the details, with the ability to manage many small and efficient tasks effectively and efficiently
• Knowing the work of technology systems, including networks and hardware management
• Enjoy working in a cooperative environment directed towards the team with adults and students
• Cultural efficiency, fast response, and sensitive to the diverse population
• Holding a valid driver’s license and the ability to meet the requirements of school leadership
• It should be available to provide support outside the hours and weekends and/or holidays as required

This is a flexible position that may be full or part -time based on the applicant’s education, experience and school needs. Campus housing is available.
