Opportunity

We are looking for high motives Post -PhD researcher participant To join the research group Dr. Boubani at the College of Mathematics at Edinburgh University.

The situation is funded by Dr. Boubani ERC start “UNIVKPZ” grant It provides an opportunity to contribute to advanced projects in Random growth models, KPZ global category, and the theory of possibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with Dr. Boubani and the collaborators inside Maxwell Institute for Mathematical SciencesA joint research center between Edinburgh University and the University of Heriot Watt.

Light teaching opportunities (such as university lessons, project supervision) is available for candidates who want to expand their professional development.

Your skills and features for success

• PhD in mathematics (or near completion)
• A strong background in the theory of possibility
• The ability to conduct independent and cooperative research
• The ability to publish the search results through publications and presentations
• Excellent communication and group work skills
• Strong organizational skills (for example contributing to seminars and workshops)

desirable:

• Search experience in a global category KPZ, the first/latter nomination, directed polymers, or integrated possibility
