Job title: SVP, Marketing Enabled

Your role:

SVP to enable marketing is responsible for enabling the marketing team with tools, operations and resources necessary to develop artists, enhance fans relations, and implement campaigns with the utmost efficiency and influence.

Depending on their extensive marketing experience, SVP will cooperate with the WMG technology team to lead the development and integration of advanced tools, platforms and technologies that raise WMG marketing capabilities.

This role also includes WMG relationship management with third -party marketing service providers, allowing our teams to benefit from external experience of large size initiatives and specialized needs.

SVP will also create and carry out operational workflow tasks through global, regional and local marketing structures in WMG, ensuring a smooth alignment and efficiency in operations around the world.

Enabling marketing and transformation:
• Build a new marketing specialty via WMG, provides all global, regional and local marketing teams correct access to data, platforms, third -party service providers and workflow.

Tools:
• Supervising the WMG approach to marketing tools
• Complete the audit of full marketing tools (including costs, cases of use and recommendations for improvement), and rationalizing our marketing tools portfolio (eliminating interfering and non -interfering sellers).
• Define opportunities in our offers and our destinations with WMG technology to design, develop and implement all the required marketing, platforms and technologies.

Service providers:
• Supervising the WMG approach to the third -party marketing services, and ensuring access to specialized expertise and resources.
• Complete auditing the full marketing service provider (including cost, use and recommendations for improvement). Determine the gaps in our offers through our local, regional and global teams and provide a road map to correct them.
• Negotiating and managing international sellers to improve service quality and cost effectiveness.
• Create guidelines, operations and best practices to use external partners.

Data:
