The London School of Hygiene and Equity Medicine (LSHTM) is one of the world’s leading public health universities. We employ an epidemiologist to join a stimulant research program about the inflammatory and brain of the brain. The successful candidate will conduct innovative research in the relationships between infections and aspects of brain health, including mental health using associated electronic health records data. The Post provides an excellent opportunity to design and conduct studies that include a wide -ranging healthy data analysis from the UK using strong causal conclusion methods. Its headquarters in Lashtm, post Holder will be included in the e -registration collection and will work closely with external collaborators.

The pregnant woman must have a first -related pregnant degree in the field of medicine or public health and is expected to have experience in managing and analyzing data from electronic health records of epidemiological studies on topics such as infections and mental health. The post requires strong quantitative skills with experience in a common statistical package such as Stata or R. Multiple Disciplinary and Cooperation Action is also necessary. The post is full -time, 1 FTE and a fixed duration for 12 months. The post is funded by the Wellcome Trust and is immediately available.

The salary will be on the LSHTM salary scale, the row is 5 pounds 39,984 per year (including weighting in London). The post will be subject to LSHTM terms and service provisions. The annual leave right is 30 working days per year, PRO RATA for part -time employees. In addition, there are appreciation “welfare days”. Pension scheme membership is available.
