Post -PhD/Chemistry colleague (a fixed period) at the University of Nottingham

We are looking for a fellow post -doctoral researcher/fellow enthusiastic and enthusiasm in artificial chemistry with his interest in a new approach to the manufacture of organic chemicals. The post will include exciting new reactor designs developed at the University of Nottingham. The project’s vision is to apply continuous reactors, including continuous optical chemistry, chemistry and thermal chemistry to transform how to manufacture chemicals and fine medicines. (See, for example, applied spectral analysis (2022) 76, 38-50; Research and Development of Organic Operations (2025) 29, 34-47; (2024), 28, 1917-1928; (2022) 26, 1145−1151; (2021) 25, 1619-1627 (2021) 25, 2052-2059; (2018) 22, 595-599). This post is available to start immediately and all projects must lead to highly influential publications.

The publication will include laboratory -based research at the University of Nottingham. Postholder will be enthusiastic about contrast instead of repetition and satisfaction with finding ways that they can contribute to the success of these advanced projects. The required skills required are experience in synthetic chemistry, optical chemistry, chemistry and products of products including nuclear magnetic resonance. Experience in developing the advanced reactor will be desirable.

The appointed person will join a multidisciplinary team working at the University of Nutingham in chemistry and engineering, and Professor Mike George is led by Professor Sir Martin Poliacov (chemistry).

The situation will be presented on a fixed contract for eighteen months to start as soon as possible. The working hours will be full (36.25 per week).
