The CSER Center at the Institute of Technology and Humanity (ITH) seeks to appoint a teaching partner. The successful candidate is expected to obtain the appointment as soon as possible and before February 2026.

The post will provide additional support for the new MPHil in global risks and flexibility. The role holder will contribute to teaching and MPHil examination.

This temporary date will work closely with the leaders of the training course, the academic coordinator, and the current teaching fellow, which adds to the ability of the institutes to provide an exceptional experience for students. Applications are welcomed by doctoral owners who have experience in teaching, excellent communication skills and the ability to contribute to the research of ITH. The post is suitable for a person interested in increasing his teaching experience, forming a new postgraduate course and developing his own interests related to reducing global catastrophic risks.

The center of existential risk study produces a global research on risks that may lead to human extinction or the collapse of civilization. It is also a center for academics, technicians and policy makers, where the team is expected to work through theoretical and practical specializations and to generate influence outside the academic circles. The new MPHil will help determine the best research practices and the new dust of researchers and practitioners. It will build a larger and more influential society, as this emerging field takes into new sectors and geography.

The main activities related to the role include:

• Support of units delivery
• Supervising students and evaluating signs
• Monitor joint lead to students, well -being and comments
• You play an active role in the life and work of CSER and ITH

The applicants must have:

• Doctorate degree in a related field
• The experience of developing and providing teaching and presenting it at the university level as well as the official and informal evaluation
• Personal communication skills and excellent communications, including involving a variety of learners and encouraging commitment to learning in others
• The ability to maintain and develop knowledge is linked to the field of study in the center

The money of this post is available for 12 months in the first place.
