The roles that focus on education are a specialized category of academic participation dedicated to talented teachers with a passion and excellence in educational practice and design. The successful candidate will devote the majority (up to 70 % – or by a mutual agreement 80 %) of allocating the academic work burden for education and educational development. We are also a highly recognized value in the science of teaching assets of higher education.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Leads, coordination and teaching through our growing design programs, including Bachelor of Design (Reaction Design), Master of Design, and Master of Interaction Design and Electronic Arts.
• Contribute to the continued development of ADP design programs, including curriculum planning and development, presentation and evaluation programs, innovative instructions, and studio.
• Follow up opportunities to enhance the image and reputation of the design locally, nationally and internationally through partnerships, projects and cooperation in teaching, research and participation.
• He made an important research contribution to the school through the original high -quality outcomes that show a strong disciplinary scholarship, contribute to the areas of current discipline interests, and provide strong teaching links.

About you (Skills, capabilities and experience)

• Doctorate in design or tusk field
• Strong wallpaper in the design education and studio -based instructions.
• Evidence of strong and successful strategic academic leadership and the ability to maintain and develop research groups. This includes early and medium guidance and evidence to enhance the vibrant academic culture and participation.
• Success in designing, implementing and evaluating advanced teaching and learning initiatives that teach the development of curricula.
• A busy record of original, high -quality and independent research in the field of design, in line with one or more areas of our discipline interests: interaction design; Effective interactions; Social and civil design; Incision and design facades with artificial intelligence.
• An advanced network of relationships with major academic, industrial and professional institutions, partners and stakeholders
• A collective approach and a willingness to contribute to directing others, academic governance, participation and management.
