Overview of the role:

We are looking for General Quality Assurance Engineer With a set of automation and preparedness skills to work with manual test scenarios to join our team. It will ensure that our solution will be reliable, perform well, and have expected safety from military programs. We expect you to deal with the entire quality guarantee pipeline, from participating in defining the requirements to verify the experience that is delivered with expectations to create the automatic test wings, ensuring that we have a complete picture of our quality at all times.

🚀 What will you do:

• Leading and implementing comprehensive test plans and test allowances for our software solutions. Build complex testing scenarios that simulate the various operating environments and edge condition.
• Create a test automation solution and improve it with a focus on expansion and maintenance capacity.
• Determining, documenting and tracking software defects using problem tracking systems.
• Create detailed strategies to generate test data and management strategies.
• Carry out automatic test frameworks and tools, including software testing in the episode (SITL), to enhance the efficiency of the test and detect early defects.
• Ensure that we have a comprehensive test coverage via web facades, background systems and drone.
• Cooperation with engineering teams to determine, document and solve software defects.
• Work closely with development teams, products and operations to ensure quality at each stage of the product life cycle.
• As a quality lawyer within the company, guarantee the best results for our products and users.
• Ensure that we have a complete picture of our quality at all times.
• Understanding the value of work from the proposed quality guarantee and the use of manual or textual or automatic testing solutions according to the work needs.

📌 What we are looking for:

• An experiment installed in software and hardware guarantee, focusing on complex systems, preferably unmanned aircraft, the Internet of Things or integrated technologies.
• Experience with test automation tools.
• Make mechanical solutions when needed, and make manual tests when there is value.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Programming skills in Bethon and work experience with testing frameworks: Pytest & Playwright.
• A strong understanding of the principles of testing and best practices for any of the unmanned aircraft/integrated aircraft.
• Understanding and experience with network solutions and protocols for L1-L3 OSI levels.
• Overcoming work in the startup environment, and a balance of light decisions to ensure the best results.
• Practical training, directed towards detail, ready to dive in solving problems.
