The NCTCOG Council is the Capital Planning Organization for the Dallas Fort Worth region, the fourth largest urban area in the United States.

The NCTCOG Ministry of Transport is seeking the transportation plan to support the development of the regional capital transport plan (MTP). This position will support the tools of visualization of data and geographic information system tools (GIS) as well as thrive as a “translator”, and to link technical analysis to policy decisions and public communications and understanding society.
