Job purpose

Part of the Beqom Engineering team, you will not only have the opportunity to participate in developing programs that contribute to the salaries of employees all over the world, but you will also put your technical skills to make them develop and high -quality performance.

Your mission is to work on part of the Saas Beqom application, its promotion, correct, correct, and maintenance.

As a software engineer at the end of the background, you will participate in all different stages to implement new features and maintain the current features. From improvement, it goes through the implementation and test of your development in a graceful and repeated way.

Your duties and main responsibilities will include:

Building new application features and platform tools and improving current features
Analysis and understanding of the functional and technical solution requirements and interaction with the internal and external teams if necessary
Participate in the code reviews and conduct them to ensure the quality of the code, adhere to coding standards, and share knowledge between the team.
Preserving applications, and making code and application promotions
Cooperation with other front and rear interface developers, product managers and other stakeholders to understand the project requirements and provide integrated solutions.
Participation of knowledge and contributing to the culture of a positive and cooperative team.
Analyzing and solving complex technical problems independently or as part of the team.
Explining and fixing errors, problems informed by users and providing timely decisions.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering with proven background experience and a very strong technical background
• Bachelor’s or Master of Computer Science (or equivalent)
• Programming and design skills directed towards organisms are necessary
• Experience with relationship databases and chart design
• Python, Django, C#.
• The efficiency of the English language (spoken and written), other languages ​​is an advantage
• The mentality of the strong team player as well as very good communication skills
• Open, proactive, and not afraid of challenges
• Ready to present new ideas and technologies with a great feeling of ownership of the projects that you will follow

• Knowledge in statistics and algorithms
