Sermon and movement designer (on the site)

We are looking for a very visual and technically visible stories narrators with experience in both design and movement design to join our team on the site. This role is closely involved with members of the creative services team and stakeholders through jobs in marketing to visualize and produce visual impressive commercial assets to use it through multiple channels. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye eye, a passion for recounting overwhelming stories, a deep experience in bringing ideas to life through graphics, high -influential content, data visualization, movement graphics and digital media. From the web, social campaigns to video editing – will play a major role in forming appearance, feeling and emotional resonance for our commercial communications. You are not just a designer – you are a visual connected to translate the strategy and stories into a convincing creative work.

Responsibility

Cooperation through creative and marketing teams of the concept and presenting multi -platform brands initiatives.
I own a full creative life cycle – thinking about implementation – Across:
Web design and social/digital campaigns
Sales empowerment content
Video and movement design (animation, sound and post -production)
Design assets with high effects and brand assets that are in line with corporate identity standards and stories.
Contribute to thinking about the new strategic design to raise visual marketing and user participation.
Leading and editing high -quality video content using appropriate effects and transformations.
Building movement graphics and moving content that supports major marketing messages.
Developing comic stories and direct video production in line with the campaign summaries.
Maintaining organized workflow tasks, time schedules and project tracking systems to ensure timely delivery.
Application of best practices in digital design, accessibility, and compliance with the brand.

Education and experience

5-7+ years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and animation, perfectly within an internal agency or creative team.
1+ years experience in the marketing environment or content B2B.
Bachelor’s degree in art, design, advertising or relevant field; Or the equivalent of professional experience.
Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
A powerful portfolio showing conceptual thinking and stories novel through a variety of media.
Experience in directing or cooperating in direct video production and applying visual identity standards constantly.
Excellent projects management and time management skills under tight -time dates.
Very organized with strong attention to details and the ability to cooperate across departments.

Providing creative production functions in 10 days or less
Providing strategic creative functions in 30 days or less
