requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience;
• 2+ years of experience in the top project managers (specified goals, pdp, motivation, guidance);
• Experience in managing teams of up to 70-100 including PMS;
• Experience in pre -sale and account management (customer relationships);
• Strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, the ability to influence people, and cultural awareness;
• A busy record to manage remote teams;
• Practical experience in domain management, effort, project schedule, risk management and change;
• Experience in different frames to develop software, including, but not to reduce: Scrum and Kanban Method (KMP from the University of Kanban or a similar certificate is a great addition);
• Experience and understanding a life cycle of technology software, quality guarantee and engineering practices;
• The average upper+ or the advanced level of writing and the verbal committee.

Main responsibilities

• Design, implementation, support and SDLC for new projects;
• Projects, time and budget management within PNL (cost, revenue, margin);
• Resource management within the business unit (including individuals management);
• Track NPS for customers;
• Project escalation processing;
• Determine, measuring and improving unit standards;
• Negotiating with internal and external stakeholders;
• Supporting the pre -sale team in the early stages of links (preparation of the technology team, appreciation, identification of requirements, establishing the plan, budget account, and offering commercial proposals);
• Leadership and teacher of a team of project managers within a set of projects to develop games;
• Providing reports to the C and Investors Administration.
