• Attending product training sessions and product information digestion to promote the effectiveness of the product
• Developing and maintaining wide knowledge of our products and services
• Providing exceptional customer service, and managing customer expectations during the sales process
• Meeting and overcoming monthly sales goals and main performance indicators (KPIS)
• Track and register sales data and customer information accurately in the CRM system
• Participate in the team’s meetings to discuss progress and fields for improvement
• Communicate with almost potential customers through the phone and enlargement.
