Participant/ Professor – pure mathematics
The Department of Mathematical and Accounting Sciences at the University of Toronto Mississaoga (UTM) calls for full -time applications for the full -time current in the field of pure mathematics. The appointment will be in the rank of associate professor or professor, with an expected start date on July 1, 2026. Applicants must have a doctorate in mathematics, with a clear record of excellence in research and teaching. Candidates will be considered in all fields of pure mathematics. We are looking for exceptional candidates that complement the interests of research and teaching and enhance our current strengths. The candidates will have a firm international reputation and are expected to maintain innovative and independent research and its leadership, and to maintain a distinguished, competitive and external research program. A successful candidate will be a member of the Department of Graduate Studies at Tri-Campus at the University of Toronto.
