TMZ seeks to obtain large web producers to lead the web editorial team. This role will contribute to creating video content, producing and distributing it in a quick news environment, 24/7. The oldest web producer will be responsible for editing the assets of the video and packaging and improving them from a wide range of channels for publication via TMZ and social media platforms. This role requires the ruling of the sharp news, the strong leadership of editing standards, and technical experience in video editing.

Responsibilities
• Driving the web editing team, providing content for TMZ web platforms and social platforms
• Video/audio editing with Adobe Premiere
• Create an attractive mini image of the video player with Adobe Photoshop
• Determining, erecting and developing stories
• Sources and verification of video assets
• Cooperation closely with news, sports and production teams
• Determine and track the clips used by TMZ producers
• Providing videos for distribution to subsidiary companies and other ports
• Transfer videos and transmit coding from various formats

requirements
• 5 years of editing experience in the newsroom environment
Efficiency in Premiere Adobe and Photoshop
• Attention to current events and trends
• A strong editorial rule
• Knowing the online video platform (YouTube, CMS, JW Player, etc.)
• Basic web development / knowledge html
• IFAT with different video formats (MP4, MOV, etc.)
• Efficiency in Google
• The team player who can work with different sections
• The ability to work full time from the Playa Vista website
