Main duties

you will:

• Building strong and reliable partnerships with deans, managers and driving teams.
• Leadership and Senior Partners Coach Partners to provide an excellent partnership.
• Supporting workforce planning, talent development, caliphate, and reward.
• Provide expert advice on complex people’s issues and trainers.
• Promote best practices in employee relationships and engage in constructively with unions.
• Contributing to mentores to ensure an integrated service led by values.

Skills, knowledge and qualifications

You must get a certificate (or equivalent) and qualify CIPD, with great experience in the higher human resource partner within large and complex organizations. Experience will bring in the inclusion of strategic people, as well as strong driving experience, deep knowledge of the recruitment law, and excellent influence skills. The work experience in academic environments or led by research or trade union will be useful, and will also achieve more professional qualifications in training, mediation or change management.
