The Executive Athletics Director is a full -time professional position that provides direct reports to athletics manager. This position provides administrative support at the executive level of the athletics manager in fulfilling their administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to, evaluation management, meeting and event logistics, meeting routine offices expenses, and helping daily offices in an effective, organized and at the appropriate time. This position will supervise the daily management of the athletics director, the sports director, and senior sports managers, and coordinate the schedules of the executive team of meetings and project management. The position will coordinate travel to the director of athletics, the sports director, and senior sports managers, executives of various manifestations, events, jobs and media obligations throughout the evaluation year. The position requires intense coordination and cooperation with many internal and external components, including the president’s office, the president’s team, and other university executives.
