After description and responsibilities

• Workplace: Henining, Zhejiang Province, China
• Teach English for general and specific academic purposes, focusing on communicative efficiency in order to enhance academic participation (including discussions, interviews and presentation skills)
• Academic writing teaching with a focus on academic discourse and comprehensive academic literacy.
• Organizing events, activities and workshops to create an encouraging environment to learn language and enhance students’ motives in learning the English language

Knowledge, skills and basic experience

• Experience of the higher education system – as a student and/or as employees (required for this recruitment tour)
• Master’s degree in Tesol/Applied (or equivalent) or Cambridge Esol Delta
• English as an original language, or proficiency in the equivalent English
• At least three years experience in teaching English at the university level
• Experience in teaching English for academic purposes
• Confidence in analyzing language learning and academic performance, and in providing clear and constructive notes on the logical and written work of students
• The ability to work in a team, teach and evaluate the agreed standards

The experience of creating and providing language learning tasks online and using programs related to supporting various virtual learning environments.

Salary and benefits
