The main job
- Operations official guarantees the organization to work smoothly, as the experiences of guests of the global class through excellence in service, environment and logistical services.
- This role includes overseeing daily jobs, resource coordination, team supervision, and quality guarantee – everything is very important to maintain the elite standards in the organization.
Role responsibilities
Guest experience and service management:
- Hello guests with warmth, courtesy, and high professionalism.
- Monitor service standards to ensure consistency in the atmosphere, hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Facilities and atmosphere maintenance:
- Supervising the preparation, including seats, lighting, HVAC and amenities to ensure a distinct environment.
- Coordination with maintenance employees to treat any functional problems or cleaning immediately.
Logistical format and supplies:
- Management of various material supply, including consumables.
- Follow the inventory and coordinate timely storage with sellers.
Team and schedule supervision:
- Support the team through scheduling, performance monitoring, and training during work.
- Make sure the employees are properly informed, wearing professional and accurate clothes.
Administrative and operational support:
- Treating daily records, of interest to guests, and comments; Collecting operational reports.
- Helping to organize any special events or VIP visit settings as required.
Health, safety and compliance:
- Imposing cleaning and safety protocols, ensuring that the organization corresponds to health and organizational standards.
- Conducting regular checks and maintaining the documents needed for compliance records.
Qualifications and requirements
Education and certificates:
expertise:
- At least two years experience in operating management in the hospitality sector.
- Previous experience in VIP service or CEO is an advantage.
skills:

- Exceptional communication and personal skills with polished behavior.
- Strong efficiency to support pre -emptive guests.
Operating coordination:
- Efficiency in resource management, logistics and consuming stocks.
