Academic registrar in the school school system
School Schools System is the UK Curriculum and Curriculum Committee (UKCAB, a registered charity founded in 2006) that has a university campus throughout the United Kingdom. School Schools System is a highly independent national education provider and provides global education. The programs, which range from the year 7, were taught in partnership with institutions such as the University of Leeds Trainte. More than 5000 (UK and the European Union) have successfully completed their learning trip in the past five years with the number of current students over the age of 3000.
The purpose of the role
The academic registrar will provide strategic leadership and operational supervision for all academic registration functions through the School Schools System. This supreme role is responsible for ensuring effective management of students, registration, records, time timing, exams and academic regulations. PostHolder will play a pivotal role in protecting academic standards, ensuring compliance with external regulatory requirements, and enhancing the student’s admission journey to graduation. By working closely with senior leadership and academic employees, the academic registrar will form and provide policies, regulations and processes that support institutional growth, preserving academic integrity, and providing an excellent student experience.
Main responsibilities
- Supervising the maintenance and accuracy of students’ records, including enrollment, grades and academic texts.
- Coordination of developing, reviewing and implementing academic programs and curricula in cooperation with academic departments and faculty members.
- Interpretation and enforcement of academic policies and regulations, and ensuring compliance with institutional standards and external organizational requirements.
- Graduation management management, including scores, completion certificates, and starting parties.
- Helping strategic planning, reviewing and evaluating academic programs, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate registration and registration for students, and provide guidance and support as required.
- Monitoring and maintaining quality assurances related to academic programs, evaluation and accreditation standards.
- Create and analyze data related to students ’registration, retention, academic performance of internal reports and external compliance.
- Supervising the integration of technological solutions and their use to simplify academic processes, enhance student services and participation, improve data management capabilities and prepare reports.
- Working as a resource and defender of the well -being of students and their well -being, providing instructions on academic issues, policies and procedures, and facilitating access to academic resources and support services.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant progress, other organizational requirements that govern academic programs, student records and institutional policies.
- Participation actively in SSS strategic planning initiatives, which contributes to the formation of the future trend of academic programs and services.
- Communication with external stakeholders, including organizational agencies, accreditation bodies, professional organizations, remain aware of the sector developments, best practices, and organizational changes with the representation of the academic interests of SSS.
- Carrying out any other duties appointed by the senior management to support the effective operation of the institution.
Basic requirements
- PhD in higher education or a related field
- Master’s degree or higher in higher education management, educational leadership, or a related field
- Great leadership experience in academic management, registrar services, or related higher education roles.
- Vocational qualification, diploma or certificate in academic management will be additional benefits

- Show experience in managing teams through multiple sites.

Conditions for appointment
- The salary of this role ranges between 60,000 pounds to 70,000 pounds, depending on the level of the candidate’s experience.
- It reaches 5 thousand pounds sterling
- The basic hours 40 per week on the site
- Trips are often needed from the office to other universities, where all travel expenses have been compensated.
- Vacation is 28 days annual leave in addition to bank holidays
- An annual increase of 3 % annually upon completion of the date of the start of the service and the main performance indicators
- Free lunch on working days
