This is a full -time job

The executive product will determine the vision and goals of the Golden State Valkyries Studio team with help support and expand the brand. This position provides leadership, guidance and vision for all aspects of brands, content and stories with the Department of Supervision of the daily operations of the entire creative team. You will also be responsible for following up and managing relationships with internal customer groups, as well as implementing new operations, technologies and workflow.

This is a full -time position on the site in Auckland, California and San Francisco as needed. It is expected to travel both in northern California and the team’s initiatives otherwise.

Main responsibilities
• A large team of designers, editors and video photographers, and provide the creative needs of the institution
• Pay the direction and development of the internal content of GSV, the creative strategy and implementation through a variety of marketing points
• Inspiration of the Voice of the GSV brand via media
• Design a business that relies on data and partnership with members of the analysis and growth team and retaining the provision of very attractive content for the target audience
• Cooperation with independents, creative agencies and corporate partners to achieve work goals and stay on the brand
• Helping to develop content evaluation, cooperation and communication with all partners
• Work in conjunction with other departments to create better flows and practices
• Communication with managers to ensure the fulfillment of technical and operational performance expectations
• Developing policies, standard operating procedures and training for all employees and broadcasting operations
• Managing and improving the performance of facilities, systems, technology and employees concerned
• Keeping pace with the current trends related to technological progress in news operations, media production, content distribution, and expecting future trends that may have an impact on operations or organization
• Other duties as set

The required experience and skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 7 years of production experience in the professional media environment; Sports and/or fitness production prefers; Individual management experience for at least two years
• Extensive experience in registration, mixing, editing cultural programming and news/modern to distribute the regional and national program
• A passion for creating experiments by using narration in multiple means
• Knowing the construction and building of production facilities
• High functional knowledge of all post -production technologies, including directing/directing media, file formats, transfers, media distribution and quality control
• Understanding the cooperative production environment, including the basic principles of multi -lifting work stations and the functioning of joint media
• The ability to communicate effectively, lead, and cooperate with editors, producers and other contractors in creating and using common media assets
• Strong leadership and administrative skills; The ability to lead major job teams and external partners
• The ability to build positive business relationships with customers and peers at all levels throughout the institution
• Communication, service, written decision and excellent pronunciation
• The ability to balance multiple projects once in a fast -paced work environment
