Supervisor: Women’s Basketball Coach

The purpose of the position: Helping in organizing, developing and leading the women’s basketball program in the third division, high competitiveness to support the task and basic values ​​of the Faculty of Al -Ittihad.

Basic responsibilities and duties:

1. Training and leadership: helps in employing and retaining the completion of high athletes. Sports students guides. It works to enhance the experience of sports students through training, competition and leadership development.

2. Supervising the program and management: adheres to NCAA rules and compliance.

3. Development of the team and innovation: Contributes to ideas, inputs and support in the Federation’s Athletics Department. It searches, applies and exchanges knowledge of sports trends and innovations in playing and teaching.

4. Cooperation: partners with stakeholders on campus, such as admission to coordinating and organizing campus visits to recruits, and university relations to help coordinate donations and communicate with Alumini. It builds strong relationships with Alumnae, fans, campus partners and wider society. Sports students link academic and professional resources.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree And/or a mixture of relevant teaching and education and certificates and/or experience in work.
2. You prefer team training or gameplay.
3. Having strong organizational, personal and leadership skills.
4. The ability to identify and attract distinguished athletes to the Federation College.
