Role
We are looking for an experienced president and thinking forward for people’s services to join our team and culture. Providing reports to the Executive Director of Individuals, Culture and Change, the President of Persons ‘Services plays a pivotal role in leading and implementing the university’s strategy and operational plans to comply with the university’s companies’ strategy.
PostHolder will lead a continuous design and improvement of operations and employment services at the university, ensuring high -quality and effective connection.
It will be supervised by the activity of people who cover employment, contracts, changes, recruitment changes, wages, benefits, and workforce data. It will also evolve and enhance our employment activity, and support the rules to attract high -quality candidates that are in line with the spirit and values ​​of Raversbourne.
Candidate
We are looking for a cooperative and effective leader and director and has great experience in managing human resources through the full recruitment life cycle.
