like Higher Service Manager You will be responsible for supervising the SPORTSDOCK facility and all its employees. Sportsdock is our leading sport facility, which was opened in early 2012, and is one of the largest internal sports facilities in East London.
The Sports Center recently underwent an investment of 500,000 pounds, which includes a sports arena, large fitness attachments, a functional room for the optimal area, dance studio and 3G outdoor soccer field. Sportsdock opens 7 days a week, 362 days a year, and is a great resource for students, employees and local community. It also features a very diverse activity program and hosts regular sports clubs and national and international events. Our workforce program and through a set of employment opportunities, we help inspire young people to be in good and active health. The service is supported by four main columns; Society, integrity, commitment and innovation.
We are looking for people who think forward, innovative, curious, and realize themselves, excited to make a positive difference and who will flourish in a comprehensive and varied university society who never move.
Job purpose
To oversee the SPORTSDOCK facility and all operating staff while the duty manager and calligraphy manage the service management team. You will also be responsible for training employees, health and safety and the development of operational processes to improve consistency and business efficiency.
