Job title

We seek a lawyer for strategic health care products and results to support new strategic initiatives, product development and commercial growth. This role runs a team of two. In this role, a measurable value, confidence implantation, and the development of cross -level functional relationships based on legal advice experts. You will cooperate with other members of the legal team, our teams, engineering and technology to ensure a high level of organizational compliance in developing new products offers.

What will you do …

• Coordination and consultation with legal colleagues to ensure alignment through the initiatives of departments that include multiple legal views.
• Directing and providing advice to the product, engineering, technology and other operational teams through the life development course for the entire product, from concept to launch

About you …

• He must currently own a doctorate in law from the ABA law and be a member of a good position on the state tape.

• The topic experience in compliance with health care, especially about health products or disabilities fully secured.
• Experience: 5-7+ years of contracting with health care and compliance with the health plan/insurance or health care industries.

• Negotiation and influence: strong skills in reviewing contracts, negotiations, cooperation and managing relations, with the ability to influence the main stakeholders effectively.

In compliance with the Law of Wage Transparency in New York City, the annual salary scope (wages) for those in New York City is: 150,000 dollars – 175,000 dollars.
