Role

This is a major position in reports to the Deputy Professional Adviser (Business Development and Partnerships). you will:

• It constitutes an ambitious strategy for education and research and the institution in line with the UWL priorities for 2028.
• Expare the external ClBS partnerships with business, public sector and international institutions.
• Development of influence and personal file in executive education, vocational accreditation, and practice based on practice.
• Inspiration of employees and students through the visual leadership that is led by values, which slows diversity, innovation and opportunity.

About you

You will be a strategic, strategic and cooperative pioneer with a busy record of business, institution or industry. You will bring:

• A leadership experience installed in higher education or commercial sectors, with the ability to manage complex teams and advance organizational performance.
• Doctorate qualification (PhD or PhD as DBA) and commitment to academic excellence.
• Deep understanding of business and management, with the ability to innovate through curricula, research and partnerships.
• Exceptional people’s skills, with the ability to navigate in complex stakeholders’ relationships and enhance a high -performance and comprehensive culture.
• A passion for students’ success, social mobility, and the influence of the real world.

We welcome requests from candidates who have backgrounds in the industry who bring convertible driving skills and adhere to learning the organizational environment for higher education. It is desirable, the Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), but the candidates from the industry must be ready to complete this within twelve months of appointment.
