Coordinator for casting and employment

Florida Studio is looking for a dynamic Dyt D regional theater, Coordinator for casting and employment.

FST is the contemporary Sarasotta Theater, and it consists of a village of five theaters located in the heart of the center of Sarasota and runs 20+ production of more than 52 weeks every year.

The casting and employment coordinator works directly with the coach producing to facilitate casting and creative/designed/designed. This role also supervises the initial recruitment process for both full employees and bonds.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination in favor of the main winter, winter club, third stage and main summer seasons.
  • Writing notifications and advertising AEA and AGVA standards with a focus on creative and varied casting.
  • Prepare all test materials and reserve spaces and employees locally and in New York City.
  • Communicating with other major markets in the United States such as Chicago and Los Angeles for tests via the tape
  • Organizing and operating all aspects of local tests, including but not limited to: EPAS, exhibition recovery and credit tests.
  • It is a call point between actors, agents and FST – including reference checks and contract negotiations.
• Advertisement, interviews and employment of creative employees – including, but not limited to:
  • Managers, dance designers, music managers, intimate relationship coordinators, fighting managers and musicians.

• • Writing and distributing job and editing ads, ensuring their approval by both the head of the department and the employment supervisor.
  • The sorting is resumed through the applicants, the examination examination via multiple platforms and interviews in the first round.
  • Standing or coordinating additional interviews, reference checks and keeping updated candidates in the recruitment process.

• Other duties
  • Supervising the casting and employment pages on the official FST website.

• • Keep the FST housing scheme because it relates to actors and guest artists.
  • Track and submit employee performance planning meetings.
  • Casting and trainees management and its weekly schedule.
  • Receive the help of the new FST game development department.

requirements:

• 3+ years of professional theatrical experience, preferably in regional preparation.
• The ability to manage fast -paced casting and is often urgent while dealing with multiple projects simultaneously.
• The ability to make notes or modifications in line with the director’s vision in preparing the test.
• Excellent administrative skills must.
  • Strong writing skills
  • Efficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, access and other data rules
• The talent of building relationships to preserve the Rolodex for both the actors, local designers, patriots and other creators.
• Federation’s knowledge, including LORT, AEA, AGVA and SSDC & USA A Plus.
• Experience with standard casting operations, current agents and collapse services are all plus.

Salary range:
45,000 dollars -60,000 dollars per year, in proportion to experience

FST runs five stages, Keature Theater 173 -seat Theater, GOMPERTZ Theater 237 seats, Goldstein Cabaret 109 SEAT Theater, Joh C. Court Court 110 seats and 100 seat theater in Bowne.
