The Red HAT global engineering team is looking for an experienced automatic education engineer to join the Agentic and Ai Engineering tools team. In this role, it will directly contribute to the Red HAT products that grow quickly from AI/ML products and will be responsible for investigation, evaluation, integration, and the development of open source AI/ML systems and functions to improve general development and the operations of both AI Red Hat products from Red HAT and AI open source projects.

The ideal filter will have a wallpaper installed in providing AI/ML solutions at the institution level. As part of your responsibilities, you will regularly participate in design reviews, contribute to the production of major features, and error repairs.

What will you do:
• Preparing organized and non -analysis data, including dealing with lost values ​​and extremist values.
• Design and training ML models using the frameworks and structures in force.

• Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers and product management to determine and integrate customer needs and goals.

What you will bring:
• 3+ years of experience as an automatic learning engineer or a similar role.
• Experience in ML and AI, or other deep independent project related to learning with evidence of completion.

• Experience with augmented generational approach, including vectors databases and dense recovery methods.

• Experience in contributing to spreading machine learning models in testing environments.
• Experiment to documenting operations and maintaining the records of data collections and models used.
• I know and implement the concepts described in the research papers.
• The ability to learn and use new tools and technologies quickly.

It is good to be:
• Experience work with Kubernetes/OpenSHIFT and containers.
• Experience with AI and Machin Learning platforms, tools, and frameworks, such as Pytorch, llama.cpp, vlm and kubeflow.
• Experience in writing and publishing research papers.
Understand the Devops, Scrum, and/Orjira.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in automated learning (ML), NLP processing, relevant discipline, or equivalent years of experience.
