Western Looking for details directed towards details and proactive Outstaff coordinator To support our delivery operations, and ensure smooth communication between customers, teams and internal interests. This role is the intersection of individuals management, the coordination of the customer’s relationship, and the support of delivery. You will work closely with delivery managers and human resources C. Leadership to maintain a high customer satisfaction and share the team.

🚀 Responsibilities:

1. Employees management and support:

  • Organizing and facilitating one meetings on 1 with employees, documenting results and participating with the delivery manager.
  • Prepare structured performance notes and share the delivery manager reviews.
  • Support the team’s motives and coordination, ensure health communication and conflict solution.
  • Monitor the risks of fatigue, dissatisfaction, or weak performance, and coordination with HR/DM on work plans and alternatives if necessary.

2. Planning meeting and facilitation:

  • Run the weekly sync with the difference and/or customers.
  • Coordination and scheduling of meetings, preparing business schedules in advance.
  • Register and track the procedure elements during calls.
  • Update the unified project schedules with project cases and follow -up.

3. Customer relations management (updates and landmarks):

  • Preparing organized client updating reports (progress, risks, landmarks).
  • Tracking client’s birthdays, holidays, and major monuments, coordinating recognition activities and giving gifts.
  • Maintaining warm and professional relationships through proactive communication.

4. Internal reports and delivery assistance:

  • After the weekly reports on the recession channels, mark the relevant stakeholders.
  • Helping delivery managers with planning calls: Prepare business schedules, notes, work and follow -up elements.
  • Support in collecting health reports of the project and a general view of performance.
  • Prepare and send the monthly customer reports and follow -up messages.

5. Reactions and continuous improvement:

  • Collect and organize customer notes NPS.
  • Responses analysis and prepare visions for the handover director C.
  • Improved improvements based on frequent patterns in counterfeit nutrition.

6. Risk management:

  • Determining, documenting and evaluating potential risks with mitigation plans.
  • Maintain and update the risk record.
  • Monitor the implementation of mitigation procedures, and to ensure compatibility with the project’s priorities.

7. Customer call and participation:

  • Maintaining the lists of updated stakeholders and client communication information.
  • Prepare business schedules for all client meetings (synchronization, illustrations, reviews).
  • Monitor LinkedIn’s LinkedIn profiles to better understand the context of work.
  • Coordination of recognition of personal/personal events to enhance relationships.

8. Flexibility and improvement of the process:

✅ Requirements:
