Located in the beautiful regional and global centers, a power system in provinces and currently serve 110 buildings and more than 7700 housing. After recently adhering to the ambitious carbon removal goals, Lonsdale Energy has an exciting and difficult opportunity for the director of the strategic and cooperative project and directed towards the results, to join our team. Providing reports to the deputy director, this position is responsible for delivering the provincial energy projects, and supervises all stages of planning and design through construction and assignment. These projects include inter -delivery work – both power pipelines and energy transport stations – to connect new customer buildings to the region.
As a project manager, she will act as a major coordinator and coordinator between interest holders while overseeing the implementation of the project. By working closely with the project teams, it will ensure that all activities are compatible with contractual requirements, design standards and best practices in the industry in construction and assignment.
Responsibilities include preparing comprehensive projects plans, timers, budgets, supply chain strategies and communication protocols. You will review plans and graphics to comply with the standards in force, monitor the progress made in construction, and provide guidance on the proposed changes. The role also requires securing all necessary permits, land cases, and rights required for construction. In cooperation with the Director of Construction, it will ensure the implementation of all works in accordance with contractual obligations, organizational requirements, and occupational health and safety standards.
Includes additional responsibilities; Inclusion with benefits holders, review of bills and payment demands, preparing technical reports and project specifications, and supervising the work of contractors and advisers. It will also contribute to the development and implementation of design, construction and operational standards, while enhancing strong and cooperative relationships with external partners, internal administrations and the public.
You have a certificate of relevant discipline (civil or mechanical engineering, construction management) and 7-12 years of gradual experience in project management and project teams or an equivalent mix of training and experience. Municipal expertise, and work experience with professional energy energy and project management (PMP) prefers. In addition to this role, the installed communication and cooperation skills are necessary in this role, in addition to strong organizational skills, experience in contract management, attention to details and the ability to manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity. A 5 -BC driving license is also required.

Through the city of North Vancouver, Lonsdale Energy offers an attractive reward package for this temporary exempt, including a compressed work schedule and a 35 -hour work week. The salary range ranges $ 119,964 to $ 141,132 annually (2024 rates). The salary provided will be appropriate for education, experience and internal parity.
