Design and facilitate workshops to help the various teams determine the root problem in complex challenges and explore strategic possibilities.
Put your strategic mentality to work by discovering patterns throughout the organization and helping FCC forward in a constantly changing environment.

What will you do:

• Designing a plan to lead teams and stakeholders by defining the problem and preliminary forms of the solution
• Facilitating moderate teams and how they deal with challenges
• The innovative champion of thought methodologies such as thinking about design and lean start
• Preparing and training teams in their next steps
• Put the final users into consideration to direct the direction and decisions

• Driving to really understand the ultimate user problems, not only to provide ready -made solutions
• A strong communication that can moderate sessions using a plan can adapt based on each step
• The ability to work in a fast, enjoyable and cooperative environment

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science and at least six years of experience (or an equivalent mix of education and experience)
• The organizational design experience is one of the assets
