Laidos is looking for SR. Systems Engineer To support migration and operations on a large -scale large -level DOD contract. The i3ts program provides information technology support at the Foundation level to enable the DTRA (ITD) information and technology directorate to unify, modernize and create information technology services and the mission capabilities constantly to the internal and external mission partners in DTRA working on Conus and Oconus sites.

SR Systems engineer will publish new Linux and Linux servers and systems and provide support to maintain and enhance cloud infrastructure in addition to daily maintenance support to explore and repair errors Linux/Windows Cloud Systems. This role requires an individual with artistic experience that publishes the management of the full life cycle of Linux and Windows platforms as a symbol. The candidate will provide engineering support for Windows to develop automation to Linux and Windows servers, Windows correct, Red Hat Satellite, ANSIIIIIILE Automation to support maintenance, promotions and new systems that are published. This role is responsible for interacting with the owners of products through multiple Sprint teams and operating other engineers to explore the problems of multiple systems and network environments. This role analyzes frequent problems and begins solutions to prevent reaffirmation and analysis of the current infrastructure for control/performance improvements.

Basic responsibilities

• Do the best engineering support for a cloud environment consisting of Linux and Windows servers.

• Providing advice, technical consultation, support level 3/level 4 by analyzing and solving problems and evaluating alternative means to meet the user’s requirements.

• Evil about the collection of requirements and verification of the health of stakeholders and final users to understand and address current needs through server environments, as well as emerging/future trends.

• Search, testing, spreading safety spots, reducing composition and processing composition.

Basic qualifications

• The minimum bachelor’s degree in science, with more than 8 years or master’s experience with 6+ years of experience (additional years of experience applied directly instead of a degree).

• The experience of building, composition, correcting and maintenance of Windows/Linux servers via Anstec or other automation platforms.

• A comprehensive understanding of the deployment of local systems in virtual environments and containers.

• Comprehensive and/or experience with AZURURE Cloud services

• Knowing the basic network protocols and network protocols (such as TCP/IP, Guidance, Walls, SSH, VPNS)

• Practical experience in reviewing system records and events to solve problems.

• Developing and providing solutions to complex technical problems and problems affecting, testing and producing Dev Computing Pockets.

• It is experienced in creating and managing critical system work instructions and standard operating procedures documents.

• Book and oral communication skills are excellent

• The current level iAT II or a higher certificate such as safety + or cisp

• Dod Top Secret/Sci

Favorite qualifications

• The experience of building and offering servers and vena via infrastructure as a symbol.

• The experience of spreading and expanding virtual desktop environments via Azure or other automation platforms.

• Experiment to take advantage of AZURURE Plans, Azure functions and ANSIIIIILE Automation Automation along with other DeV/OPS tools – CI/CD to connect automation via multiple platforms and environments.

• Experiment to publishing and maintaining complex infrastructure environments with a layer of layer of layer/data and brown applications.

• A recognized cloud certificate, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) Architectural Solutions, Cloud Certified PROFESSIONAL

• Experience in designing and implementing local data center solutions, including excessive installation and dissemination of excessive infrastructure, storage solutions, and network equipment.

• Knowing the best practices of the data center, including repetition techniques at the shelf level, shelf standards, energy options, cold/hot corridors, environmental standards, i.e. HVAC/CRAC solutions, fire suppression, safety, and infrastructure systems for similar data center.
