About the role:
Applications are invited to one or more of Chapman’s fellowships in applied mathematics in the Department of Applied Mathematics at the Ministry of Mathematics, starting in September 2026. This will be for 3 years fixed. Participants provide an excellent opportunity for those who seek to follow an academic profession in applied mathematics.
What will you do:
It will produce independent and original research in applied mathematics, which have been widely interpreted, within the mathematics section, present publications to the leading specific magazines, and assist in teaching and management. It is expected that you will perform a self -directed research program, and play a role in the national and international mathematics community, in addition to teaching students at the bachelor’s level. You will also play a role in teaching in the Master of Business Administration and Project Supervision, as necessary.
What we are looking for:
- A busy record in applied mathematics (extensively interpreted) from the highest level.
- Driving to actively engage with the prosperous ecological system of Imperial seminars, conferences and other events.
- The background and motivation for university teaching and also to teach in one of the leading MSC programs in this field and supervise the theses of the master’s degree, in cooperation with external partners, as necessary.

The positions are available for a fixed 3 -year.
*Candidates who have not officially obtained a doctorate will be appointed as a researcher in the salary scope of 43,863 pounds – 4722 pounds annually.
