Overview of the role:
We are looking for People’s operations coordinator To deal with the basic human resources management and support Swarmer employee experiences. You will carry daily tasks such as Onboarding, Offoarding, HRIS data management and interest management-You will also have an opportunity to form how these operations are operating in the future.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys organized work but wants to grow into building and improving operations. You will work closely with our human resources progress, which will direct you and direct you, but you will have space to take ownership and suggest more intelligent ways to do things.

🚀 What you will do:
- Coordination on the plane and the car (contracts, documents, accounts, review lists).
- Manage benefits to join and terminate.
- Keep updated by the employee data in our HRIS (PEOPLEFORCE).
- Ensure that human resources and operations records remain compatible and accurate.
- Be the employee’s first contact point for human resources questions.
- Supporting human resources leadership in creating policies and improving operations.
- Point opportunities to make our employees work smoother and more efficient.
📌 What we are looking for:
1-3 Years of experience in the human resource official, coordination of human resources, or a similar role.- Details directed and organized; You keep the operations arranged and accurate.
- Comfortable with human resources systems (experience with PeopleForce is plus).
- My curiosity and proactive: ready to learn, ask questions and suggest improvements.
- Independent, but also cooperative – you know when to run with a task and when it corresponds to.
- An ambition to grow in the ownership of the operation and the experience of people’s operations.
