You do not need to be an expert in Defi, but you understand the basics of Onchain’s assets, and can conduct quick research on demand, and you can keep up with talks on protocols and markets. You are excited to learn and you know how to separate the signal from the noise when wiping the encryption content.

You are a person who flourishes in support. You like to help others shine, remove bottlenecks, and maintain the effectiveness of the workflow. Whether organizing Google Drive files, updating CRM logs or rapidly brief assembly for the customer, you are dealing with tasks quickly, clarity and ownership.

You are responding, online and reliable. You do not need a miniature management – as soon as you are given an important, you see it until you finish. You can bring a pre -emptive mindset, discover small problems before it becomes big, and understands that your work is what allows the two to perform at their highest levels.

About the role

We rely a co -assistant – a decisive support role designed to make our partners more effective. The assistants are responsible for providing 1: 1 encryption consulting for our members, and your work is to ensure their ability to work at the height of performance by obtaining the ownership of management and research tasks.

This is not a role facing the customer. You will not be on video calls with clients, but you will work behind the scenes to keep the workflow smooth, quickly deliver customer requests, and organized research. Your work will directly affect the customer’s satisfaction and keep it and the ability of colleagues to provide a global -level experience.

You will be guaranteed with the auxiliary team and is expected to be very respondent, directed towards detail, and proactive. When the assistant needs something – whether it is to set up folders in Google Drive, withdraw quick encryption research, or send information to a customer in Slack or CRM – you will deal with it quickly and accurately.

This role requires strong written English (absolutely tolerance with rules errors), rest with digital tools, and “very online” mentality. You do not need to be an expert in Defi, but you should be aware of the encryption space and be able to learn quickly.

Main responsibilities

• Leveling support by dealing with the work of the official in Google, Drive, Slack, and CRM documents.
• Providing rapid encryption research to hypocrites and their customers.
• Create and maintain organized systems, folders and documents.
• Drafting and sending updates facing the customer (via Slack/CRM) with the ideal grammar and clarity.
• Be very available and quickly respond during ESI working hours.
• Spot opportunities to improve workflow and proactively remove bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• Free from English -language defects – zero/dictation errors.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with Google and CRMS work space.
• Be online in a very response; Comfortable work in stagnation and fast* environments walking at the pace.
• Previous experience as an assistant, coordinator, analyst, or role for supporting operations.
• Some exposure to encryption/Web3 – which is enough to deal with research and learning tasks quickly.
• Pre -Property Mention: You are not waiting for instructions, you expect needs.

compensation

• $ 2,000 per month base.
• A qualified reward based on performance and keeping it.
