Summary of the situation:
The product management group, which provides reports to the business unit manager, is responsible for managing the ADACEL development course, creating and maintaining product requirements and road maps in accordance with the company’s strategy and managing the search and development pipeline.
The product owner is the development of the ATM product (ATM) complex (ATM) and/or/or component (component) under their responsibility. She behaves who defend customers to clarify the user’s needs internally and translate work requirements into user stories and system requirements to implement development teams. The owner of the product determines the overall product vision, the road map, and the priorities with which the stakeholders communicate throughout the company.
Basic duties and responsibilities:
Product owner is responsible for the following:
Requirement management:
Understand the details of the white papers customer requirements; Customer lawyer expresses the ultimate user needs.
Responsible for creating and maintaining system specifications / sub -system (SSS) / requirements.
It works with the UI/UX designer to create models and/or prove concept design for any new user interface elements.
Work with the product specialist to determine the user’s stories, clarify and write them based on the design that the behavior (BDD) is completed while completing the methods of using the requirements.
Manages and structures of these job requirements in our requirement tool (Contour).
Product Development:
The accumulation of products (customer programs, research and development, internal technical debts), including the scan of Jira elements, severity of the program’s suggestion, which will serve as the basic inputs to plan the dynamic repetitive development course in AdACEL.
Sitting on the CCB formation board (CCB) responsible for reviewing the elements of developing and identifying priorities and planning.
Support the product specialist to ensure that the advanced solution meets the cases/requirements for the use of the product; Users may be asked to investigate the shortcomings that the users have reported.
It works closely with the producer, system engineer and solution engineer, to determine the most cost -effective solutions.
Support/proposal:
Development and maintenance of product specifications documents.
Create a product suitability for customer requirements.
Work with a solution engineer and engineer engineer in developing design solution (DTW) and identify any Delta development.
Writing job requirements for any features/jobs that require a new development to support an appreciation effort.
Participate in writing our technical suggestion response.
Participation and assistance in marketing and sales efforts as required:
o Evidence of the concept and/or the plans of the initial model;

o Participation in conferences and exhibitions.
Provides inputs/support for the technical publishing group.

Road Map:
Update and maintenance of the product road map periodically according to future business opportunities, priorities for improving the product and strategic goals of the company.
Participate in the process of planning and developing research and development of products and/or specific components.
Research properly and maintaining the knowledge of the development of the market, organization and trends.
Evaluate the current competitors’ offers and search for opportunities for differentiation.
Delivery of these road maps internally to ensure participation from all stakeholders and external.
Participate in developing business cases for new products and improving current products.
Support or buy decisions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or a relevant field.

5+ years of expertise in product management with ATM systems, ATC and/or complex real -time safety systems.

An experiment installed with concepts of product management, methodology and/or operations.

Experience the development of product vision, strategies and maps

Understanding a life system development cycle (SDLC).

The knowledge of the Air traffic and the current and future direction has been verified.

Knowing the methodology of developing software/SCRUM.

The ability to work effectively within cross -functional teams in the matrix organization.
