Opportunity:

We are looking for a 14 -month public practice nurse for 14 months to join our team.

Dick Vet (DVGP) is the first practice of opinion inside the hospital for small animals.

You will receive comprehensive and incitement with friendly and knowledgeable employees. You need to be able to work on your own initiative and to be an active member of the nursing team and DVGP. You will be asked to work primarily in dogs and cats (DVGP), but nursing support may be needed in other areas of the hospital.

We are proud that our registered veterinary nurses are now in wages, which puts the University of Edinburgh on the first place in the veterinary field.

The postal holder will participate on Saturday morning on a joint basis with the current nursing staff. Flexibility in working hours (daily transformations only) will be required.

The salary range for this post is 34,610 pounds – 39,906 pounds annually.

Your skills and characteristics for success:

• You should be a registered veterinary nurse RCVS (RVN)
• Excellent organizational and communications skills are necessary
• The intense dedication to teaching the next generation of veterinarians and veterinary nurses is a must.
