Summary of the situation:

Alliance Communities Alliance (ACA) is looking for an experienced collaborator who can work skill, monitoring and adaptation in a dynamic environment. Development and partnership manager is a newly created role, providing reports to the ACA chief of staff.

This position has three basic areas of responsibility:

  • Grant partnerships ACA works with many regional and national institutions to enhance common goals by returning funds for artists and residence programs. ACA works as reliable among the program’s participants and among them, and it includes field research in developing these partnerships, implementing and evaluating them.

The responsibilities specified in each of these areas include:

Grant partnerships

  • Managing a group of programs that depend on effective supervision of the relationships of multiple stakeholders – with financiers, artists and participating residence staff.
  • Ensuring accurate and accurate financial reports through multiple programs
  • Providing reports of the ordinary status of leadership on the progress of the program, and expecting and reference to any issues or concerns that may affect the design of the program

  • Cooperation with employees to develop project descriptions, budgets and evaluation measures for grant applications.
  • Ensuring compliance with the requirements of reporting between donors and grants, indicating the impact of the program and organizational effectiveness.
  • Follow up opportunities, deadlines, deliveries, and maintain a detailed evaluation and database.

In addition, as a member of the ACA leadership team, it is expected to follow: Director of Development and Partnerships:

  • Working with the leadership team to integrate efforts to collect donations with comprehensive organizational priorities.
  • Keep aware of the directions and best practices in collecting donations, basic priorities and charitable work.
  • Prepare and submit reports to leadership on donating collection, upcoming proposals, and strategic opportunities.

Supervision / Administration

This role contains two direct reports: the manager, partnerships and the Director of Communications.

Qualifications:

  • Meaning and clarification experience in the development of funds – research, agriculture and supervision research, whether through paid or voluntary experiences

Compensation and benefits

Distinguished salary for this position is $ 75,000. ACA offers a generous benefits package, including paid holidays, paid societal comfort weeks (offices closing) per year, unlimited leave; The employer is suitable for health, dental and vision insurance, and 401 thousand after one year, with the employer’s contribution by 3 %.

We are completely far away. The majority of administrative work and meetings are being conducted almost, and employees work from the Ministry of Interior except when needed to be on the site for the programs hosted by ACA, or employees or havens of the Board of Directors, as needed.
