Grayson School students are advanced, curious, and they are eager to learn. We use technology throughout our day with our students and in managing our educational program, and we are looking for an individual to help us carry out this important task.

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable systems official to join our team. As a full -time information technology support, this person will be responsible for managing and maintaining technology in the building and ensuring smooth systems. This position will be supported by a teacher with part -time information technology responsibilities and will play an important role in integrating technology into our educational programs.

The main responsibilities include:

• Prepare, configure and maintain a microsoft environment, including Entra, Active Directory and Office 365
• IPad, MACS and Windows Fleet Management
• Providing technical support and exploring and repairing errors for both computer systems and MAC
• Network infrastructure management, including routers, switches and wireless access points
• Ensuring data security and backup copies
• Supervising Internet liquidation systems and support for students, and submit recommendations
• Fixing and managing software applications when needed
• Support employees and students in their use of daily technology
• Maintain stock of devices and programs
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures
• Cooperation with sellers and service providers as needed

You are required of:

• An experiment installed as an official of the systems or in the role of a similar information technology
• Strong knowledge of microsoft environments, including Entra, active outlet, and Office 365
• Efficiency in both personal computers systems and Mac
• Experience in the concepts of communication, systems and equipment
• Excellent skills in solving problems and communication
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• A proactive approach directed to the customer to support information technology
• Update (less than one year) permits before the start of work, including the federal criminal date, verification of criminal records in PA state, rid the date of child abuse, correspondent training, tuberculosis test, law 168, and any additional permits required.

It will be great if:

• You have a Microsoft Systems certificate
• You have experience working with technology in the school environment or with children.
