Humane World for Animals, a global pioneer in defending and protecting animals, is looking for a web developer, ECRM for the Digital Marketing Department. In this position, it will support digital marketing and other departments by providing the global web development solutions for the front -ranging, sharing invitation, and other strategic priorities.

Responsibilities:

It cooperates regularly with digital marketing, brand and visuals, which are teams to discuss the project requirements and provide technical recommendations. It writes an effective code and maintains custom donation models, invitation models, and other web pages. It includes best practices for user experience, accessibility, improving page speed, and implementing compliance with GDP. It takes into account global regulations and standards, compliance with regional data, and security compliance;
It follows quality guarantee procedures. Explining and fixing errors that affect donation models, invitation models, and web pages in attractive networks. It works closely with sellers partners;
It works with the information security team to ensure that digital real estate meets safety standards;
Collaborate with the test team to collect test requirements, implement new features to run A/B and multiple variables on models;
It creates and maintains clear and brief documents for the development of the designated web, support guides, and accident reports;
He performs other duties as appointed.

Qualifications and requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, web development, relevant domain, or reward work experience required;
At least four (4) years of experience in developing the front web and developing the required custom sites;
Experience showed with involvement networks or other ECRMS;
He is mastered in HTML5, SASS and CSS, Javascript, GitHub, and attractive network units. Knowing the basic services of AWS;
It follows the best front development practices and its knowledge of webpack, Node and NPM;
Knowledgeable to tools for cookies, preferably Iubenda, to form compliance settings;
Excellent attention to detail when coding Adobe XD or Figma files;
Knowing the best practices for web design, UX, access, page speed improvement, browser support, and compliance with gross domestic product connection;
Understanding digital marketing strategies for the American public and international masses;
It remains at the top of artificial intelligence trends in the development of the web, including customization and automation;
Written and strong communication skills;
You should be able to multiple task in a quick -footed cooperative environment to present high -quality work on the deadline. IFAT with Gira and Explorer;
Inviced data for experience with experience with A/B and Google Analytics Test Platforms;
Premium and ability to work independently and as an effective member of the team in the team’s environment;
Attention to animal protection issues.

This is a full -time situation in the United States. It should be flexible to accommodate the eastern time, as needed.
