An exciting opportunity arose in our small and friendly real estate team for the project manager to carry out a wide range of capital development, renewal and infrastructure in general from 50 thousand pounds to 3 million pounds for each project on the city center campus.

As a successful candidate, you will manage a variety of re -development and renewal projects, including new educational spaces, graceful work spaces, and a varying scope and scope that will fulfill the ambitious growth plans of the university. You will manage the design team when necessary and also identify and design smaller business. You will be responsible for the entire project process of pregnancy and a summary collection, to ensure time at the appropriate time in the budget.

We offer a generous annual leave of 43 days annually, including legal leave, and very flexible in our approach. We are running a graceful work policy where you can work where it fits the best activity, including working at home if you want, although it is expected that attendance at the campus will be three days a week on average and as required by projects in the movement. You will need a great previous experience in managing construction projects in the United Kingdom at the appropriate level, including the experience of managing design teams, design and small business identification. You should be respected for a personal computer and have experience in the Microsoft project. Candidates with great experience in the construction that were conducted inside the United Kingdom will be considered.

You will focus on customers and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, with a delicate and sensitive management of the user’s high -value expectations.
