AWS is looking for the network’s publishing technician to join our growing team in infrastructure operations. It will work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment to push the stability and sustainability of our next generation networks and help develop innovative ways to automate and expand our network.

The responsibilities of the situation include supporting the scaling of many data center and daily assistance sites with capacity management. You will work closely with internal customers and external sellers to facilitate the implementation of the smooth project as directed by the network leadership and technical projects directors.

You will benefit from your experience in supporting the institutions of the institutions on a large scale, in addition to implementing the network and exploring and repairing errors. As a technique of spreading the network, it will work in a quick -footed cooperative environment with the interaction of peers and the ordinary customer. In addition to providing management and supporting the vast infrastructure of AWS, network publishing technicians create and follow best practices and refine operating procedures.

Main job responsibilities
Labor management and priorities through the ticket system and workflow to complete customer and projects requests
Cooperation with various stakeholders to remove the obstacles of the project
Explining and repairing errors, network problems, guidance and intercourse, including correction panels and correction ropes
Determine the requirements of energy and cooling and ensure the completion of the shelves/accumulation of devices for new equipment
Participate in deportation and basic configuration and launch new or developed devices

Basic qualifications

High school or equivalent diploma
– 1+ years or experience in any of the following technical or professional roles or similar: computers repair, infrastructure cables, network deployment, data center operations, technical projects management

Favorite qualifications

– Experience in the Data Center Certificates (Comptia, Cation, Network+,)
Knowing network cables, optics and test equipment
– Experience with common tools related to network repair, including VFLS, OTDR and power scales
Understand infrastructure techniques, including routers, keys, pregnancy budgets and protection walls
Knowing the main command protocols (Cisco IOS, Junos, GNU/Linux) and common network protocols (BGP, OSPF)
