If you have a passion for networks with the desire to apply and develop your skills, we have an exciting opportunity for network operations engineer in network services. You will join the multi -skilled network operations team, highly cooperative, support and provide wireless and wireless communication across the university.

As a large institution led by research with more than 300 buildings and 35,000 users, the role of network operations is necessary, which makes a great positive effect. The work is interesting and very varied. Whether this is a work as requests for usual services, enable research projects, support major events or submit contact for new leading teaching facilities.

The university recently started a multi -year program to update networks to lead a first wireless communication experience. As part of the team, you will play a major role in this, which makes a real difference for the user community while increasing your skills and experiences.

Who are we looking for

You will be a professional enthusiastic in communicating with practical experience in supporting the wireless infrastructure. You will have good skills in solving problems with the ability to think about situations and work with colleagues to implement effective solutions. Understanding how information technology infrastructure works within a large and complex institution and the considerations that this brings will be very useful.

Besides knowing solid networks, the current skills in text programming (for example, Python) will be an additional advantage, but most importantly, we are looking for an eager to learn and develop in this role.
