A job at the University of Southampton University is available for a research colleague to join the study study, funded by Wellcome Leap as part of the lost vital marks program. This ambitious multidisciplinary project discusses innovative methods for diagnosing heavy menstrual bleeding, and combines laboratory science and clinical translation to improve results in women’s health. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to advanced international research with real capabilities to transform diagnosis and care in women’s health.
High -quality laboratory post -laboratory holder will conduct new diagnostic methods of heavy menstrual bleeding. They will work closely with doctors, research nurses and participants in a study to integrate the laboratory and clinical aspects of the project. The responsibilities will include data analysis and interpretation, project management support (including memorizing accurate records and compliance with moral approvals), contributing to the publication of publications, presentations and participation with collaborators.
A successful candidate will also play an active role in strengthening a positive and comprehensive research environment within the team and the broader university, while cooperating with national and international partners through the lost vital marks program.
You will have a PhD (or professional qualifications and professional experiences) in biomedical science, physiology, reproductive health, or relevant discipline, as well as laboratory research experience related to diagnostic or translation science. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to solve problems, strong communication and personal skills are necessary, as well as the ability to work cooperatively with clinical teams and research participants.
It is advisable to experience women’s health, gynecology, or hematology, participation in clinical or translation studies, and a busy record of publications in magazines reviewed by the peers.
The applications for associates in research will be considered from the candidates working for the completion of the relevant doctoral qualification.
