About this team and the role:

This role is part of the broader infrastructure organization in Mozilla responsible for critical horizontal functions, which are information technology services, institutions and product security, data engineering and data, ecosystem services engineering and TPM. Main responsibilities

Program leadership and strategy

• Continuous review of industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard methodologies to enhance the IAM program

Multi -functional coordination

• Partner with product managers, engineering, infrastructure teams and security engineers to translate work requirements into technical solutions
• Multi -functional resource format (people, time and scope) to ensure the delivery of IAM features and improvements in time
• Facilitating cooperation between engineering, operations and security teams to remove road barriers, improve workflow tasks, and organize everything in Jira and Confluence

Technical censorship

• Facilitate, and when needed to contribute to determining standard service arc designs, data flow patterns, and API interfaces that work closely with geometric threads in the field
• Work closely with engineering teams to document current applications and associated improvements

What you will bring:

Education and experience

• At least 10 years experience in managing the program or project, with at least 3 years focusing on accessing access, managing identity, security, information technology systems and cloud environments
• A busy record in providing widely complex technology programs successfully in institutions environments

Technical skills

• A strong understanding of IAM concepts: ID life cycle management, authentication/delegation protocols
• Experience with IAM platforms such as OKTA, Ping IDENTITITITITITY, Forgerock, SAILPOINT or similar tools
• Infinter with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their original IAM services
• Knowing the work of compliance frameworks

Program management experience

• Efficiency in graceful methodologies, with skills and mercy to guide, train and bring teams
• Skilled driving skills, communication and negotiation skills. He is able to balance the priorities, interests and opposition timetables
